Bliss Healthcare Donates to Students of Olympic Primary School in Kibera

Bliss Healthcare continues to mark its 11th year anniversary by making a donation to a local school. The healthcare organization donated school shoes, dental kits and sanitary towels to 400 students of Olympic Primary School in Nairobi’s Kibera area.

Speaking during the event, Bliss Healthcare’s Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Gabriel Njue said, “Connecting with the communities we serve is very important for us. This is in addition to providing quality, accessible and affordable healthcare services. Engaging with the communities that we serve is one way we are marking our anniversary.”

During the CSR exercise, Dr. Njue got a chance to speak to the students on matters performance as well as the importance of working hard to achieve their future goals. The students were very excited to receive the donated items.

The Headteacher of Olympic Primary School, Mr. Caleb Ochieng, was very thankful for the kind donation noting that, the gesture would leave a lasting impression on the students.

The long-term partnership of Bliss Healthcare and the community through outreach activities is a key pillar of Bliss Healthcare’s operations. Each year, Bliss Healthcare conducts over 100 free medical camps, health talks as well as donations to support the communities it serves. All these activities are aimed at supporting Kenyans in their healthcare journey
